Sedgewick Community Hall

The Sedgewick Community Hall is located on Main Street (4809 – 47 St.)

The Hall is administered by the Sedgewick Community Hall Board. The current President is Brian Bernard.
The Community Hall Board is looking for new members. If you are interested in serving in this manner please contact Brian at 780 384 2480.

The Community Hall is available for rent for a variety of functions. It boasts a full commercial kitchen, dishwasher, bar, stage and can seat 250.
If your event includes the serving of food, the Hall Board requests that your event “GO GREEN”. Please use our commercial dishwasher for your event.

Weekend Use	Friday, Saturday, Sunday	$420.00*
Funerals		$100.-no gst

Rent MUST be paid 2 weeks prior to the event. The Hall can be reserve by calling the Town Office at 780 384 3504. Cheques MUST be made out to SEDGEWICK COMMUNITY HALL ASSOCIATION.
Damage Deposit – Cheque equal to the rent of the facility MUST be paid at the time of rent payment. The Lessee is responsible for clean up as per the contract. Click here for a list of user responsibilities - Kitchen, Hall.

Please note that if Alcohol is being served, the lessee is responsible for obtaining PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE (PAL) from their insurance company naming the Town of Sedgewick and Sedgewick Community Hall Association as additional insured. The PAL Insurance document MUST be presented 2 days prior to the event. The key WILL NOT be given out unless these documents have been presented.

Please note that Final Booking of the Hall is not confirmed until the rent, damage Deposit and PAL Insurance (if required) is presented at the Town of Sedgewick Office.
