Bylaw Officer

The Bylaw Officer for the Town of Segewick is appointed under Bylaw # 436.

When the Town of Sedgewick receives a written complaint Form Town administration is required to pass the complaint on to the Bylaw officer for investigation. This is usually the reason the Bylaw Officer has visited your property.

The Bylaw officer may also follow up on past violations as well as issue new violation tags during weekly patrols.

Citizens are encouraged to call the town office to find out the specifics of any violation tag they receive.

Names of those filing written complaints will NOT be given out unless permission is given by the complainant.
