Town of Sedgewick ~ Bylaw Officer

The Bylaw Officer for the Town of Sedgewick is appointed under Bylaw # 436

When the Town of Sedgewick receives a written complaint form the Town Administration is required to pass the complaint on to the Bylaw officer for investigation. This is usually the reason the Bylaw Officers has visited your property.

The Bylaw Officer may also follow up on past violations as well as issue new violations tags during weekly patrols.
Citizens are encouraged to call the Town office to find out the specifics of any violation tag they receive.
Names of those filing written complaints will NOT be given out unless permission is given by the complaint.
